As reports from Yahoo. Police representative said that investigations about the region fights between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean will soon be closed without filing any charges.
Los Angeles Police representative, Steve Whitmore said investigators would speak to Frank before the case is closed, but the management of Frank seems reluctant to file complaints against acts of violence against Chris.
Last month, Frank is accusing Chris hit him during a dispute outside a recording studio in West Hollywood, but on Saturday he wrote in his Tumblr account that he wanted the case closed. Frank wrote a statement that he did not want to sue Chris Brown and has no intention to sue.
